Journal settings currently indicate:

Article and author rights are distributed under CC BY-NC 4.0 in line with the journal's licensing and open-access policy.

If an author believes costs could become a barrier in exceptional circumstances, contact the editorial office. Requests are reviewed by the journal team based on policy and publication process context.
